Ali, Co-founder of STRAND, started with business psychology, asking the whys and hows of business decision-making - what is that special chemistry that allows for people to communicate effectively, and successfully? What followed then was years spent in putting this knowledge into action, learning by doing, closing deals, and building a global network, all focused on residential real estate.
The latest chapter is STRAND - a full service boutique agency that places the client, on the buy or sell side, at the centre of each deal. Ali and his team are building a company formed not only of formidable expertise, but core human values that have ensured that clients over the years continue to seek out Ali.
With some of the leading deal statistics in the industry, and a vast contact base, Ali and his team are setting a new standard of what is possible in residential real estate, in the London market.

MEET ALI
Ali Khadir, Co-founder
Ali is a highly respected top-producing broker and is sought out for his real estate expertise and guidance from top developers, investors, Private Family Offices and funds, globally. His ability to cultivate and retain high-net-worth clientele is matched by his power to harness and interpret information.

Ali was raised in Norway, and moved to London from Hawaii. He has an appreciation for different cultures and languages - he is fluent in Norwegian, Swedish, Arabic, English and is an avid global traveller. A perennial learner, Ali is also a business psychologist holding several academic achievements, including a Masters of Science and a Bachelors of Science in the field, from Universities in Norway, UK and the USA.

Ali draws on his many years of diverse real estate experience to effectively guide his clients through the transaction process no matter the market conditions. Whether it is buying or selling, he understands the real estate market and optimises every transaction. Ali also specialises in working with HNW and UHNW individuals globally.
Previously Ali worked in a well-known high-street agency in London where he swiftly became the top broker breaking sales records and achieving top sales awards.

Ali lives in London, with his wife, a three year old son and a newborn daughter.
